MANAGER GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

  • A Human professional preferably with a degree or diploma in HR with minimum 5 years executive experience in Human Resources Development &Training activities.
  • Sound knowledge in HR processes along with a good understanding of technical functions
  • Those from the apparel sector, specially with experience in (line & staff ) related productivity /performance enhancement would be given priority.
  • Ability to take initiatives is a must
  • A post graduate qualification would enhance the possibility of selection
  • Upper age limit 35 years
  • Excellent communication & people skill
 

HR Manager - Ranna

The ideal candidate profiles;
  • The HR Manager – must posses graduate or equivalent level professional qualification combined with hands on industry experience of around 3 to 5 years, preferably in the apparel sector.
  • Upper age limit 40 year
 

EXECUTIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

A professional qualified in polymer Science with a few years of post qualifying experience in plastics injection and blow molding technologies is required for our market leading plastic flexible packaging SBUs, Thermo Plastics (Pvt) Ltd.

  • Aptitude or experience in research and Development of work will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication & analytical skills would be key attributes
  • Age should be less than 35 years
 

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE

Graduates in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a minimum of two (02) years relevant experience are being sought to be appointed as Project leaders for an energy management and other productivity initiatives.
Good communication skills above average intelligence would be two key attributes what we are looking for. Age below 35 years

MERCHANDISERS

  • Passed at least G.C.E. A/L have a formal professional qualification preferably in marketing.
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years experience in the industry in a similar capacity.
  • God communication skill in English with computer literacy.
  • An upper age limit of 35 years.

Salary is open for negotiation and would match the best in the industry.
